Two Texas Holstein cows broke production records in the Dallas area reported by the Holstein-Frietian Association. Full age cow Segis ifengerveld produced 26,794.4 pounds of milk with 922.66 pounds of butter fat. Junior three year old Sunlight Ormsby Bessie produced 16,264.7 pounds of milk and 54.8 pounds of fat.
