Texas House Deadlocks on Sine Die Adjournment Deadline

The Interstate Commerce Commission rejected the Pecos and Northern Texas plan to extend from Hale Center to Palmerton Texas at a cost near 2 million dollars. Two Northeast Texas towns struck by deadly windstorm

Severe windstorms swept two Northeast Texas communities injuring seven seriously and killing four. In Cooper, a tornado flattened a house killing Al Cooper and W. Nat Jones. Fire At Dempsey in Miami Beach
