Forged Checks Case in Amarillo Headed to Federal Court
A woman with 16 forged checks totaling 798.12 was arrested in Amarillo and the case, linked to Gayle Rhyne of Modern Motors, goes to a jury with Culwell & Culwell representing her. Associates in the theft case include Clyde Ward of Leedey and Charles Graham of Bakersfield. Texas Ranger Frank Probston to transfer to interstate charges. In another note, a tree reportedly moved along a Fort Wayne highway prompting sheriff inquiries after Robert Holt, 24, was charged with drunken driving.
