William Gibbs McAdoo former secretary of the treasury and senator died at his hotel in Washington after a heart attack at age 77. Funeral services will be held at Epiphany Church with burial at Arlington. Francis H. McAdoo and Mrs Doris Cross McAdoo are among those traveling to attend. Driver Escapes When Gas Truck Burns

Last Real Son of Revolution Dies at 93 in Vermont
William Constant Wheeler, believed to be the last real son of the American Revolution, died at his snowbound homestead in South Woodbury Vermont at age 93. His father Comfort Wheeler was born in Rehoboth Massachusetts on March 13 1766 and enlisted under General George Washington in 1780.
