Cold Sparks Fire at Amarillo Pump Station
A pump house near Amarillo caught fire about 6 50 this morning as water filled pipes froze and motors overheated. Firefighters fought the blaze at Washington Street south of Canyon Highway. minor damage was reported. Two additional alarms followed for a burning car on Buchanan and a small house on Pittsburgh.
