One Dead Six Hurt In Head-On Crash
A head-on collision inside Groom city limits on Highway 66 at 7 30 this morning killed Mrs Harvey William Helms 68 of Elgin Iowa and injured six others including Harvey William Helms 68 critically with injuries such as a punctured lung. Vivian Newman 20 of Stotts City Missouri and her three children suffered various injuries. All are hospitalized at Groom Osteopathic Hospital and Mrs Helms body was sent to Murphy Spicer Funeral Home in Clarendon.
