Samuel Wilkoff, who arrived in America at 19 with two cents, died at 74. He led the Wilkoff Co., a major scrap dealer, after starting in New York selling tinware and later becoming a peddler in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. He settled in Youngstown in 1901.
