Clark ranch bale of cotton hailed at Amarillo gin
J T Clark Jr was in Amarillo on Friday bringing a bale of seed cotton from his Clark ranch twelve miles east of Glenrio and one hundred miles from Amarillo. He notes a nine bale crop from twenty three acres and poor old gins nearby. He says cotton from Endee and Gienio areas is sent to Hereford gin and seed cotton price is higher here than at New Mexico points. Four killed when a wind toppled a tree onto an automobile stage near Chehalis Washington.
