Litigation began before her burial and probate remains unsettled as relatives contest the will.
A federal grand jury indicted A. E. Sartain former warden of the federal prison, charging acceptance of bribes to secure bond for his appearance on the first Mondays in January. The indictment was returned in Atlanta Georgia.
At 3 30 this afternoon 14 county commissioners adopted a resolution ordering the issuance of 180000 of Potter county warrants and also levied a five per cent tax to retire these warrants. The resolution was introduced by Commissioner Lynch and Hill and passed unanimously.
