He had lived in Amarillo eight years after coming from Childress and belonged to the Central Church of Christ. He is survived by his widow Ethel Courtney Wyre four daughters Louise Marjorie Nelda all of Amarillo Mrs Lonnie Brannon Jr Bloomington Ind and a brother Frank Wyre Tulsa Okla.
