A Kansas City archaeologist reports locating a possible Osage workshop site in Morgan County Missouri southeast of Sedalia. Store Windows Cut In Robbery Attempt

Amarillo police reported that thieves attempted to break into Spicer's Jewelry Store at 417 Polk Street Saturday night. They cut small holes in the plate glass windows but did not penetrate the glass and were frightened away. Police found the scene shortly after the incident.
