Philharmonic club meets with English program and business notes
The regular Phil harmonic club meeting at the Women’s club featured W. A. Axtell guiding an English music program including “The Snow” and “Country Gardens.” A business session welcomed new members and outlined federation reports from Potter County with a $1,560 budget goal for 1927. Ruth’s permanent waves offered and a residence move announced for Mrs Tweta Scales.
