Singapore dealers detained for exporting auto parts to China
The government detained four Singapore dealers on charges of exporting automobile accessories to Communist China. A police spokesman said the dealers aided Reds in China and indirectly aided Malayan Communists with these exports. In Omaha, Walter F. Pludeman alerted police after a 3:30 AM tinkling sound. officers found a burglar in a neighboring variety store, not the grocery.
