Dowd retires. Lizars elected to ae Products board

Hector J. Dowd resigns to focus on other ventures and is replaced by Mr. Lizars as a director at ae Products Corporation Chicago. The company plans retirement of 18,733 shares of six percent prior preferred stock and accrues dividends, totaling about 2.2 million dollars, while common stock in 1944 rises by 374,660 shares to support an exchange offer nearing one million authorized shares.
