Rent Registration Begins in Canyon Area under OPA

Riley Strickland, attorney-director of federal rent control for Amarillo, said registration will start next Tuesday from Canyon City Hall. The region covers Potter and Randall counties while Amarillo listings proceed well. He will explain the OPA registration in radio talks but will wait due to crowded political and war broadcasts.

Ellis A Palmer 54, a Fort Worth and Denver Railroad track supervisor, died at a local hospital from injuries in a recent track inspection motor car accident. William B. Newman Joins Marines for Combat Duty
