Two youths plead guilty to theft over five dollars
Two youths, Howard Bennett and David Teakell, entered guilty pleas to theft over five and under fifty dollars before County Judge E. O. Northcutt who postponed judgment. The third youth, 15, was sent to juvenile authorities. They were arrested Friday at 1:30 am after following from Seventh and Fillmore to Sixth and Pierce. Their car, driven by Bennett, contained hub caps, beauty rings, two fender skirts and a length of rubber hose from a 1947 Cadillac owned by Dr. R. L. Rogers. The group had been at the Tri-State Park Wrestling event.
