Spur Texas Aug 7 three participants in a long awaited West Texas family reunion died in an earthen cattle tank. Herman McBroom 12 waded into a hole and cried for help his father Escell McBroom 36 Brownfield dived in and both men died Henry Smith 32 Lamesa and his father 55 remained on the bank as others tried to rescue them.
