Robertson court-house address rallies Texas voters in run-off

McLean Area Oil Drilling Plans Under Gray County Test

McLean Chamber of Commerce works with W H Holmes to drill Second Gray county test north of McLean. A new crossing and six miles of road will connect to the Morse No 2 location in Gray county. Theft at Merchants Produce Building Sees $500 Loot

The Merchants Produce company building was entered last night and about $500 in cash and checks taken from a small safe in the main office. The safe was pried open with a crow bar, likely entry gained by a broken window and glass door on the second floor. Deputies describe the crime as a one man job. Fingerprints were photographed this morning and an arrest is expected within hours.
