Two blasts at the Washington Post Office Department caused 2000 government workers to flee in fear of Sacco Vanzetti sympathizers. Investigators say a liquid glycerine gun was fired at a target in the solicitors office as a demonstration before mailing. The vibrations rocked the building.
Hansford county will vote Saturday on removing the county seat from Hansford to Spearman. A writ of error from the Texas Supreme Court restrains removal of county seat records but does not prevent the election. Attorneys Underwood, Johnson, Dooley and Simpson reported the ruling from F. T. Connerly, clerk of the court.
Sheriff Pierce of Donley county says a Chevrolet car stolen during the Weatherby family murder near Alaneed has been located in Chicago per a National Automobile Theft Bureau telegram. The message lists engine and serial numbers but no occupant information. A suspect in Shreveport is in custody awaiting photo and fingerprint records.
Washington reports that Thomas E. Campbell former Arizona governor, denied by his office today the claim he had been offered the ambassador post to Mexico.
Mrs. Las Williams of Bearden Tennessee and her two daughters Nadine and Ruth were fatally hurt when their automobile was struck by the Memphis special passenger train at a grade crossing near Knoxville Tennessee. Griggs ambulance.

Ed Mayer expressed optimism that subscriptions will come in by tonight to save the fair from fading away.
Col. Charles A. Lindbergh continues his national air tour departing Bettisfield McKeesport at 1 15 PM aboard the Spirit of St Louis bound for Wheeling West Virginia. The flight leaves from the Blackburn ambulance service area as listed in the dispatch.
