McNair Wounded Shifting Command In North Africa

In Macon Georgia on April 25 26 Fox hunters located an automobile with two men who were part of the leadership of the April 16 escape at Reidsville prison. Leland Harvey and D C Black were surrounded by Bibb County officers led by Sheriff J R Hicks Jr Black resisted then surrendered. Three of the 25 escapees remain at large.
