Two Men Held on Bond in National Securities Case
Irvin Ike Kott of New York and Joseph O Neal of Port Arthur Texas were held on 50000 bond each on charges of transporting stolen bonds under the national securities act. Examinations set for May 10. They were arrested in a Houston hotel after federal and local investigations tied to 1934 35 bond thefts totaling about 2059000.
