Secretary Work Feats Hole In One At Haleakalā Crater
In Hawaii on April 20 Secretary of the Interior Hubert Work joined the hole-in-one club by hitting a golf ball into Haleakala crater. From ten feet from the rim the 1800 foot deep pit yielded a precise drop, while Governor Farrington required two strokes to drop his ball into the crater cup.
