Reed Ill Triggers Delay in Ford Sapiro Libel Trial
Opening of the seventh week of Aaron Sapiro's million dollar libel suit against Henry Ford was postponed to tomorrow due to a light attack of acute indigestion. Senator Reed of Missouri, Ford defense chief examiner, was confined to his hotel room after two weeks of questioning. He assured the United Press the illness is not serious and he would return to court soon. Judge Fred M. Raymond granted the postponement at Ford counsel's request.
