O'Malley Sermons Highlight Revival at First Christian
The Rev. F. W. O'Malley delivered sermons at the First Christian church revival, stressing the danger of earthly attachments to the soul. He recounted stories of a king almost persuaded, a fearful politician, and a rich official who valued wealth over faith, urging devotion to Christian service rather than empty piety. The preacher also noted many who chase success yet neglect God until death.
