Nine year old Donnie Phillips of Tulsa will greet the NBC radio audience from Tommy Bartlett's Welcome Travelers show in Chicago. He is in the city for surgery to correct a birth heart condition and a Tulsa fundraising effort of about 1000 dollars enabled his trip. Donnie aims to become a radio announcer and will be interviewed with his mother on KGNC's 9 to 9:30 Tuesday morning program.
