Texas primary ballot to include racial referendum ruling

Attorney general ruled the racial referendum must appear on the July 28 Democratic primary ballot under state law. The three certified questions aim to repeal compulsory school attendance parity with mixed races, strengthen anti intermarriage laws, and use interposition to curb federal encroachment.
