Wichita Falls woman Mrs. Ketcham testified she paid two Fort Worth prohibition agents 875 in protection money for her Wichita Falls liquor business. Judge Atwell halted court to consider the allegations and she faced a possible year in prison and a 500 dollar fine. Agents identified as Logsdon and Beck were named in the claim and Fort Worth’s U.S. Attorney Norman A. Dodge was asked to investigate.
