W D Faulkner of Pecos was low bidder and awarded the general contract for the $440,000 Brewster County Memorial Hospital in June 1956. Other bids included Brown-Olds El Paso plumbing $86 400 Border Electric Co El Paso electrical $29 328. Foster Davis of El Paso provided a detailed building description with extensive finishes and systems.
