The Alpine community celebrated the installation of a new lodge with eleven candidates and a banquet. Diet. Coed Meany WT Keene officiated, with Ft. Davis delegates assisting. Officers were elected including Do Wa keley as V, and a note warned of prosecution for leaving garbage on public roads. County Judge E R Hicains directed the notice to curb road trash and dead animals.
