Unknown Heirs Claim Cloud On Land In Brewster County
Plaintiffs claim sole ownership of the land under color of title for over three years and continuous possession for more than five years before suit. They allege peaceable, adverse possession for over ten years, paying taxes, and exclusive occupancy, asserting unknown heirs of Thomas and Pulliam cloud title and render land unmarketable.
