Sheriff A. Walton publishes a three week notice of sale for the H J Oltrogge property in Brewster County. The court has ordered sale of the Martha Fountain and John Lowder survey lands, totaling 2560 acres, on the first Tuesday in December 1915 at the Brewster County Courthouse between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The sale, in favor of P J Martin, covers the 4000 dollar judgment plus costs, with the land to be sold to satisfy the judgment and costs. Also included are unrelated notices and advertisements from Alpine.
