New Museum Site Proposals Considered For Alpine
Brewster County Commissioners reviewed two relocation ideas for the Alpine museum. Dr. Clifford Casey and Hugh White proposed converting Central School into a fee museum or adding space to the Chamber of Commerce building. The court took the proposals under advisement and discussed a water fountain on the courthouse lawn requested by Garden Club representatives. County Treasurer Avora Owens received $100 for travel to a May Austin seminar.
