Bonds On Sale At Local Post Office May 1
The United States Defense Savings Bonds and Postal Savings Stamps will go on sale at the post office at opening of business on Thursday May 1 as part of the national effort to make America impregnable. Postmaster Lizzie Crawford announced plans are nearly complete for the community purchase alongside thousands coast to coast. The mayor and civic leaders are expected among the first buyers.

Marathon Seniors Visit Carlsbad Caverns Trip
