City officials announced multiple water projects raising expectations for increased supply. A new well east of Santa Festa is pumping about 38 feet deep at up to 100 gallons per minute, with tests pending to confirm output. Repairs to the South hill reservoir floor are complete and water is being pumped in, while Moss well connects to city mains once the pump arrives in two to three weeks.
