The state commands publication of a citation by publication in Brewster County weekly for four consecutive weeks. It names John T Fuller and others as defendants in Peter Mayer v. Joan T Fuller et al, filed February 8 1962, for trespass to try title to recover title and possession of land described as the SW quarter of Survey Eleven QD, Block Two Hundred. Defendants unknown or deceased are listed with unknown heirs and representatives. The citation directs appearance before the 83rd Judicial District Court in Alpine, Texas by answering before 10:00 a.m. on the first Monday after 42 days from issuance, the 16th day of July, A.D. 1962.
