Fort Davis Cemetery Reclaims Lost Grounds and Honor
Fort Davis residents restore a hillside cemetery once misrecorded as lost, creating a four acre burial park. Two local women spearhead the effort with support from Warren Bloys and many volunteers. The site, deeded in 1911, features a wooden arch gateway and two unmarked graves kept in care by the community.
