Bid documents are available at Alpine City Hall and Gene P Hobart Architect Weslaco Texas with a $50 deposit refundable if plans and specs are returned in good condition within 10 days after bid opening. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Local Authority is required.

The contractor must use his own forces for structural concrete and carpentry. The Local Authority may reject bids or waive informalities.
