Fort Davis Postmaster Joyce Kemp Receives Senate Confirmed Nomination
Mrs Joyce Kemp of Fort Davis is officially named Fort Davis Postmaster after being nominated on February 1 1981 and confirmed by the Senate in May. She previously served as postmaster at Hylton Texas from 1939 to 1947 and will also hold county and national postmasters leadership roles while settling in Fort Davis.
