Collegians 4, Sandbaggers 2, and Tammen 2. High individual game Grady Nelon 223 and Charlie MacDonald 267, high series Duane Gooden 569 and Grady Nelon 575.
Morning Baptist WMS circles met January 24 for Mission Study with Mrs. Jack Roach reviewing Forest Trail to Urban Jungles. Evening circles had Mrs. Mayo Cleveland present parts of the same book, followed by a birthday party visit with cake and punch at Wallieri. Father seriously ill in San Antonio with Robert W. Popham hospitalized in Baptist Memorial Hospital. L C Popham with him, expected to return to Alpine Sunday.
Friday through Tuesday the cinema presents Ambush Bay in color starring Hugh OBrien and James Marchum along with Brides of Dracula in color, offering double feature programming for the week.
Voters between 21 and 60 must register at the Tax Assessor-Collector office in the County Courthouse by midnight January 31, 1967 to be eligible for any 1967 election.
