Land title suit lists long chain of Texas patents and heirs
In Brewster County Texas the Texas and St Louis Railway Company titles are contested by a plaintiff who holds deeds and patents dating from 1880 to 1912. The petition names many deceased owners and unknown heirs and seeks citation, title confirmation and cloud removal to quiet title to numerous tract interests plus possession and damages. The suit asserts possession for more than ten years and cites a detailed historic chain of title through the state and various trustees and heirs.
