Julia KE Smith as administratrix seeks discharge after filing the Final Account for the William Wagnon estate with the County Court of Brewster County. A hearing is set for the second Monday in May 1903 at Alpine Court House. interested parties must appear. The clerk is M A Boy, in Alpine, February 23, 1903.

Tickets on sale Feb 15 to June 15, continuous passage allowed with stop overs at all stations. Free reclining chair cars and Pullman accommodations, with info from agent or S F B Morse. Nearby Mexico land grants seek Kiowa Comanche Caddo Wichita migration to 1 700 000 acre tract near the Rio Grande at 60c or 8 per acre for remainder.
