Sale Notice of Alpine Power Company Trust Property
Between 10 am and 4 pm on the first Tuesday in March 1914 the Alpine County court house door in Alpine Brewster County Texas will auction the Alpine Power Company plant and all its real and personal property. The sale includes Lots 10 and 11 in Block 57, a five acre tract in subdivision H Survey 42 GH & S A by grant, rights and franchises for erection of lines and water works, and equipment such as a 80 horsepower Fairbanks Morse engine dynamo generator switchboard plus poles wires and fixtures. Principal liens total $9000 with interest and attorney fees bringing due total to $10888.80. Trustee Jum P Walterson signed February 2 1914.
