A Brewster County grand jury reports the Bernard Sherman shooting of W H Lemmons and Millard Lemmons on November 16, 1913 was committed while Sherman was under an insane delusion, with overwhelming uncontradicted evidence of guilt and warrants return to his home state for custody. the jury notes no motive and requests publication in the Alpine Avalanche.
