Notice of Sale by Substitute Trustee in Brewster County Texas
In Brewster County Texas on the first Tuesday in February 1915 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the courthouse door in Alpine I will sell at public auction the described land parcels totaling 2560 acres in Survey 78 Block 213 and related tracts to satisfy a note indebtedness of 6400 dollars plus interest and attorney fees under a deed of trust securing five notes of 1000 dollars each issued October 18 1912 by J C Hale and F A Sterling to W E Richards. The parcels include Calamity Creek lands in Brewster County near the Rio Grande, conveyed to the Texas and St Louis Railway Company, with multiple surveys and certificates dated 1881. The sale is directed by substitute trustee Dantzler and bound by the trust deed recorded Vol 22 Page 540.
