Grand December 9 Ball at Stroud ranch An Evening of Feast
A grand ball and supper at J A Strouds ranch was hosted by Mr and Mrs A Y Dragoo on December 9. Guests traveled from about fifteen thirty miles arriving from 6 30 p m with music by Ho 4 401 and two feasts served at 6 p m and midnight. Cake and wine at 3 a m and dancers kept on until breakfast. attendees included Mr and Mrs Tom Pulliam Mr and Mrs John Henderson and others.

The Guggenheims pursue nine properties spanning Uri que Chihuahua and Choix Sinaloa about 100 miles apart. The Orient railway line is graded within 15 miles of Bocogna and 18 miles to progress, signaling strong future prospects. The Choix region, rich in silver gold and copper, would benefit from a Topolobampo smelter serving the coast ore supply. No western Mexican customs smelter exists currently.
