Personal column notes that a man named Dr. M A Graves of Silver City New Mexico obtained money by false pretenses and ran up board bills in El Paso Marfa and Alpine. A warrant was sent to Sheriff Walton who consulted Sheriff McKnight and released the man as his mental and moral faculties were impaired by morphine. He claimed Lynchburg Virginia as home and wished to return there. He appeared about seventy years old and was well dressed with good manners.
