The will of Judge B C Thomas was probated this week. Mrs B C Thomas is named executrix without bond and J H Derrick as trustee. Estate valued about $20000. Sheriff Walton County Clerk Lease and W H Harrison travel to El Paso as witnesses in the Figarro trial set for Monday. A musical recital by Music Department students is planned for Friday night in the High School Auditorium.
