President A E Stilwell of the Kansas City Mexico and Orient Railway arrives in San Antonio in a five car special from Houston. The party transfers to International and Great Northern tracks then proceeds to Mexico City to inspect road construction and potential extensions with Gen Joseph Wheeler John Ringling and other Orient directors aboard. After six days in Mexico City they tour additional sites before returning via El Paso.
