David W. Clegg 34 begins duties as principal of Central Elementary after a July 30 board appointment. A Premont native, he previously led Premont Primary for four years and served as a band director and teacher in various districts. He holds degrees from Texas A&I University and has multiple teaching and administrator certificates. Lopez hired as junior high classroom teacher. he trained at Sul Ross State University and taught in Fort Stockton Presidio and El Paso.
