Wireless telephone for Alpine planned for 1910
Alpine will gain a wireless telephone tower and station as part of a Texas expansion by the Collins Wireless Telephone Company. San Antonio and El Paso will host stations with Alpine and Uvalde chosen as the connecting points to link distant cities. The project is one of several improvements expected this year.
